I was thinking of a theme for 2023 and somehow the word “change” kept coming back to mind. That, of course, resonated with me as managingalliances is almost all about relationships and emotional intelligence (EQ). . For myself, I’ve set the goal to improve as an Alliance Leadership Coach in 2023.
