Someday’s you slide… This past week, I slid on my eating behavior. Back to unhealthy habits. I was triggered by back pain. And I coped with food. I need to shorten the gap when I slide. I slid when I did not feel well. And I slid for 7 days. Next time make it will be 6. Something will always come up. Something will always happen. You will fall off track.
