A new survey by CompTIA reveals that all is not well with the partner experience (PX) between vendors and managed service providers (MSPs). Partners, it turns out, are getting picky about who they work with. 50% of channel firms have dropped a vendor from their business portfolio in the past year due to poor PX practices. This marks a change from a couple decades back when everyone scrambled to partner with the big IT vendors.
